Required documents:

We recommend bringing:

– Results of previous tests and examinations
For foreign citizens:

– Medical services agreement (can be completed on-site)
Emergencies (life-threatening situations):
– Call 103 immediately

Urgent but non-emergency situations (medical care is needed soon—within a few hours—but there is no immediate threat to life):
– High fever (especially in children) that does not subside after taking fever-reducing medication
– Pain in the throat, ears, or abdomen that is worsening but without signs of shock
– Exacerbation of chronic conditions (hypertension, asthma, diabetes, etc.) without critical values
– A sudden rise in blood pressure accompanied by a headache, but without loss of consciousness
– Injuries without suspicion of a fracture or internal bleeding
– Animal or insect bites, without signs of anaphylaxis
– Bleeding that is not life-threatening but requires medical intervention (e.g., nosebleeds, light uterine bleeding)
– Acute toothache
– Problems with urination, urinary retention, or severe pain
– Allergy flare-ups without signs of anaphylactic shock
– Flare-ups of skin conditions (pustules, rashes, itching, etc.)
– Psychological or emotional disorders causing maladjustment but not life-threatening
Electronic results:
– Available in the Damumed mobile app
– Posted within 1–3 business days (depending on the type of test)
Paper results:
– Can be obtained from your primary care physician during your next visit
– You can also check with the nurse at your clinic
Important: Turnaround time may vary depending on the specific test. You will always be informed of the estimated timeframe when you submit your sample.
